General
1. A closure was imposed on the West Bank for the Sukkot holiday, from September 27, 2023, until October 3, 2023.
2. The UN Human Rights Commission expanded the database of companies operating in or providing services to colonies in the West Bank to 214 companies from 11 countries, by adding 61 companies.
Raids and Arrests
‣ Jenin refugee camp and town (Day 623), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (Day 617), Nur Shams refugee camp (Day 603);
‣ Overnight raids conducted in Kafr Dan, Beit Qad, Mirka, Raba, Bir al-Basha, Beit Furik, Qabatiya, at-Tabaqa, Al-Mughayyir, Umm al-Tut, Azzun, Beit Ummar, Nablus. Daytime raids carried out in Jabel Mukaber, Turmus Ayya, Deir Abu Mash'al, Kifl Hares, Rujeib. No official report on the number of detainees.
Israeli Military Attacks on Palestinians
1. Umm al-Tut, east of Jenin - Night raid on several homes.
2. Beit Qad, east of Jenin - Night raid on a home.
3. Raba, south-east of Jenin - Night raid on a home.

7. Qalandia checkpoint, north of Jerusalem - Shooting at a Palestinian woman.
8. Kifl Hares, north-west of Salfit - Curfew imposed on the village to allow colonists to pray at what they identify as the "Tomb of Joshua". Locals identify the site as the tomb of the servant of Saladin.
9. Al-Mughayyir, north-east of Ramallah - Night raid on a home and its conversion into a military post.
10. Turmus Ayya, north-east of Ramallah - Arrest of a woman near the locked iron gate at the entrance to the town.
11. Deir Abu Mash'al, north-west of Ramallah - The army prevents olive grove owners from reaching their plots to harvest the olives, while allowing colonists to plunder the fruit from the trees.
12. Nablus - Night raid on a home, destruction of property and contents, and an arrest. Clashes developed in the afternoon accompanied by tear gas fire.
13. Rujeib, south-east of Nablus - The army prevents olive grove owners from reaching their farmland to harvest the olives, but allows colonists to plunder the fruit from the trees.
Colonist Attacks on Palestinians
1. Yatta, south of Hebron - Herding flocks in an olive grove.
2. Jerusalem, Old City - Shop owners in the Al-Qattanin market (cotton merchants' market) were forced to close their businesses to allow hundreds of Jewish worshipers to perform religious rituals on the path leading to Al-Aqsa Mosque.
3. Salfit - Colonists tried to stop and harass a bus driver near the town, but the driver confronted them and continued on his way.
4. Kifl Hares, north-west of Salfit - Colonists entered the village under military escort to celebrate Sukkot at what they identify as the "Tomb of Joshua."
5. Khirbat 'Abu Falah, north-east of Ramallah - Vehicle arson.
6. Sinjil, north-east of Ramallah - Colonists attacked a house on the outskirts of the village.
7. Ein Yabrud, east of Ramallah - Colonists attacked residential homes in the village.
8. Deir Abu Mash'al, north-west of Ramallah - Colonists looted olives in olive groves owned by village residents, who were prevented from reaching their plots and the harvest. Later they attacked the home of the village council head.
9. Rujeib, south-east of Nablus - colonists loot olives from olive groves owned by the village's residents, who are prevented from reaching their plots and from the harvest.
10. Awarta, south of Nablus - provocations in the town's streets under the pretext of the Sukkot holiday, under the protection of a military force.
