Raids and arrests

During the night, Israeli forces raided Jenin refugee camp and town (268th consecutive day), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (262nd consecutive day), Nur Shams refugee camp (248th consecutive day), Qusra, Atara, Al-Arroub refugee camp, Beit Ummar, Nablus, Balata refugee camp, Duma, Al-Mughayyir, Hebron. During the day they raided Ramallah, Jerusalem, Hableh, Bethlehem, Qalqilya, Azun Atme, Sinjil, Tammun, Tubas, Al-Ram, Al-Yamun, Birzeit.

Army attacks against Palestinians

1. Bethlehem – live fire at workers near the Separation Wall east of the city, 12 persons wounded and taken to the governmental hospital in Beit Jala.

2. Hebron – raid, arrests.

3. Beit Ummar, north of Hebron – raid, house besieged.

4. Tubas – raid, confrontations.

5. Tammun, south of Tubas – evening raids with live fire. Confrontations.

6. Al-Ram, north of Jerusalem – confrontations, live fire.

7. Qalqilya – the Red Crescent reports a person wounded by live fire at a checkpoint north of the town.

8. Sinjil, north of Ramallah – raid following stone-throwing at colonist vehicles, erection of checkpoints and road blockage.

9. Al-Mughayyir, east of Ramallah – raid, house searches.

10. Nablus – raid, preparations for demolition of the family home of Mahmoud Al Akad, the truck driver killed at Jit junction a week ago on Sunday, September 28th. Soldiers take down posters commemorating him. Confrontations spread out throughout the town. Live fire and grenades.

Confiscations

1. Kafr Qaddum, east of Qalqilya – 35 dunams confiscated for the erection of a new colonist outpost.

Palestinian attacks against colonists

1. Sinjil, north of Ramallah – stones thrown, damage to colonist vehicle.

Colonist attacks against Palestinians

1. Sa'ir, north-east of Hebron – colonists shoot live fire at a Palestinian vehicle.

2. Silwan, East Jerusalem – colonists steal an olive harvest, while the army prevents the grove owners from entering it.

3. Kafr Qaddum, east of Qalqilya – colonists damage olive trees laden with fruit awaiting harvest.

4. Atara Checkpoint, north of Ramallah – colonists and soldiers attack Palestinians near the checkpoint.

5. Deir Sharaf and An-Naqura, west of Nablus – colonists attack the olive harvest of both villages.
