1. Adam Inrahim Al Ramali Al Ubra, 20-years-old from Rahat.
Events
1. Umm al-Fahm – shooting, one person moderately – badly wounded, hospitalized.
2. Dayr al-Asad – shots fired at a vehicle, critically wounded inhabitant, hospitalized in Nahariya. The main road in town was closed off to traffic.
3. Tuba-Zanghariya – shots at the home of former head of council. Wounded in lower limbs, hospitalized.
4. Sakhnin – a motorcyclist stopped at a central square and opened fire at a home, then escaped. The police are investigating the security cameras.
5. Rahat – shooting. A 20-year-old man shot to death, another man badly wounded in a criminal family conflict.
