Raids and arrests
During the night, Israeli forces raided Al-Yamun, Jenin refugee camp and town (for the 27th consecutive day), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (21st consecutive day), Nur Shams refugee camp (8th consecutive day), Tell, Jalazone refugee camp, Qalqilya, Surif, Silat al-Harithiya. During the day they raided Nablus, Idna, Burin, Abu Dis, Al-Bireh, Issawiya, Hizma, Beit Imrin, Qarawat Bani Hassan, Azzun, Hajjah, Qaffin, Sebastia, Husan, Ni'lin, Deir Jarir. At least 15 Palestinians were arrested, including a woman and a minor.
Army attacks against Palestinians
2. Silat al-Harithiya, west of Jenin – night raid. Explosive charge activated.
3. Nablus, the Old City – Israeli special force raids, followed by army auxiliary. Siege, snipers on roof tops. Confrontations.
17 persons wounded. Among them schoolchildren and an elderly person. Ambulance access prevented. Journalists attacked with teargas and stun grenades.
4. Nur Shams refugee camp, east of Tulkarm – 9th consecutive day. Houses of 3 shaheeds exploded. Other houses exploded.
5. Beit Imrin, north-west of Nablus – raid and confrontations.
7. Idna, west of Hebron – raid of money exchange shop with teargas and stun grenades. Arrests and money confiscated.
9. Ofer Prison – reports of attacks against detainees, blows and teargas.
10. Al-Bireh – raid and confrontations. 11-year-old wounded by rubber-coated bullets.
