Monday, September 16, 2024 – The Gaza Strip

From noon of September 15th until noon, September 16th:

‣ 20 killed and 76 wounded persons brought to hospitals;

‣ Since October 7, 2023:

◦ 41,226 persons killed;

◦ 95,413 wounded.


Attacks against Israel

1. False alarm at Netiv HaAsara.


Northern Strip

1. Gaza City:

‣ House bombed at Al Zeitoun (south-east), 5 persons killed, others wounded;

‣ Apartment buildings bombed in Al Zeitoun;



‣ Aerial bombing of Al Zeitoun;

‣ Aerial bombing of Shuja’iya (east), one person killed, others wounded;



‣ Tank fire from the north-west, wounded persons;

‣ Aerial bombing of Al Sabra (south), 3 persons killed.

2. Beit Hanoun – artillery fire, 3 persons killed.


Central Strip

1. Al Bureij refugee camp – structures exploded north-east of the camp.

2. Nuseirat refugee camp:

‣ House bombed in the camp, 10 persons killed, 15 wounded, children and women among them;



‣ Artillery fire, wounded persons;

‣ Bombing near the market, 3 persons killed, 14 wounded;

‣ Artillery fire from the north.



3. Deir Al Balah – displaced persons tent bombed.


Southern Strip

1. Khan Yunis – aerial bombing of Al Mawasi. 4 persons killed, 2 children among them (one unidentifiable, no head…).

Trying to prevent the sea water from seeping into the tents of the displaced


2. Rafah:

‣ Artillery fire west of Rafah;

‣ 2 bodies rescued north of town.
