Palestinians killed
‣ 760 persons killed, among them –
◦ 13 women, 166 children, 10 elderly persons, 1 journalist, 10 killed while perpetrating a terrorist attack;
◦ 22 killed by colonists;
◦ 338 during raids and confrontations;
◦ 215 killed in annihilation;
◦ 76% killed by live fire;
◦ 23% killed by aerial bombings (drones or fighter planes).
Israelis killed
‣ 23 killed in the West Bank;
‣ 17 killed in terrorist attacks inside Israel-proper.
Palestinians wounded
‣ About 6,500 persons wounded:
◦ 34% of them by live fire;
◦ 36% of them suffocated by teargas;
◦ 15% by blows;
◦ 4% by rubber-coated bullets.
Israelis wounded
‣ About 151 persons wounded.
Palestinians arrested
‣ 11,400 arrests, about 760 of them minors, 430 of them women;
‣ 10,100 incarcerated, 3,398 of them in administrative detention;
‣ 9,392 order for administrative detention either issued or prolonged;
‣ 155 Palestinian bodies held by Israel.
Displaced persons
‣ 1,669 persons (807 of them children) forcibly displaced by colonist violence;
v2,866 persons (1,100 of them children) displaced by demolition during military operations;
‣ 1,729 persons (834 of them children) displaced by house demolitions for lack of construction permits or collective punishment.
Demolitions
‣ 1,829 structures demolished, of them 8 built with international NGO funding.
‣ 29 cases were documented during October of army preventing olive harvest.
Employment and nutrition crises
‣ Over 160,000 Palestinians have lost their work permits and are suffering nutrition distress;
‣ According to UN estimates, 600,000 Palestinians in the West Bank are facing nutritional insecurity (versus 352,000 in early 2023).
Colonist violence
‣ Since early October, 699 olive trees (during the harvest season) were vandalized/burnt/uprooted;
‣ 180 attacks since beginning of October, 108 of them against olive harvesters;
‣ As of October 14th, 2024, 1,536 colonist attacks were recorded, 324 of them ending in casualties.
