1. Mu'taz Nizam al-Al Atrash, 21, Hebron. Died in Ofer Prison after 11 months of administrative detention. His cellmate, who was released yesterday, testified that his health had been completely fine. His family, who testified that he did not suffer from underlying illnesses or medical problems before his detention, and human rights organizations are demanding an independent and full investigation to examine the conditions of his imprisonment and the cause of death.
