Israel struck Iran’s South Pars gas field and nearby Asaluyeh infrastructure - the biggest energy escalation of the war to date - while also announcing the killing of Iranian Intelligence Minister Esmail Khatib. Iran retaliated with attacks on energy targets in Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, while also firing cluster-munition missiles at Israel. In Lebanon, Israel intensified airstrikes in Beirut and hit bridges over the Litani River, while ground operations in the south expanded. The United States continued strikes on Iranian military targets and was actively weighing reinforcement options.

Over the past 24 hours, recorded attacks damaged 29 distinct objects or facilities, including a wide range of target types. In some cases, damage from nearby strikes or secondary effects was also reported.
