General
Since noon, November 4th until noon, November 5, 2024:
‣ 17 killed and 86 wounded persons brought to hospitals (NOT including the persons killed in Beit Lahia last night);
‣ During the day, 61 persons killed, 46 of them in the Northern Strip (including the Beit Lahia persons killed);
‣ Since October 7, 2023:
◦ 43,391 persons killed;
◦ 102,347 persons wounded.

‣ The number of persons killed last night in the house bombing at Beit Lahia rose to 25, mostly children.
1. Jabalia refugee camp and town:
‣ Residential buildings west of the camp exploded;
‣ Residential neighborhood bombed;
‣ Elderly couple that evacuated was detained with no reason. Soldiers left them in the sun without supply of water. Both died.
2. Beit Lahia – fire at Kamal Adwan Hospital.
3. Gaza City:
Shot by a drone
‣ Al Tuffah (east) – house bombed, 4 persons killed- parents and their 2 children. Artillery fire, 2 children killed;
‣ Al Zeitoun (south-east) – bombing;
‣ Port area in the western part of town – bombing, 2 persons killed;
‣ Northern part of town – house bombed, 5 persons killed.
Central Strip
1. Nuseirat refugee camp:
‣ Artillery fire north-west of the camp;
‣ Machine-gun fire west of the camp.
2. Al Bureij refugee camp – artillery fire.
3. Deir al-Balah – helicopter fire at displaced persons tents, 2 persons killed.
Southern Strip
1. Rafah:
Rafah. Construction of military outposts
‣ House bombed in city center;
‣ Drone north of the town, wounded persons.
2. Abasan Al Kabira – house bombed, wounded persons.
3. Khan Yunis – displaced persons encampment bombed, 4 persons killed.
