Raids and arrests
During the night, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya, Jenin, Balata refugee camp, Birzeit, Awarta, ad-Dhahiriya, Qarawat Bani Hassan, Dheisheh refugee camp, Bethlehem, al-Am'ari refugee camp, Tuqu'a. During the day they raided Hebron, Bani Na'im, Shuafat refugee camp, Beita, Madama, Al Khader, Qusra, Deir Istiya, Nablus, Azzun, Jayus, Far'ata. At least 16 Palestinians were arrested.
‣ 9 Israelis were arrested for their involvement in the kidnapping and torture of a Palestinian from the Palestinian Jordan Valley in September. Among them is a lecturer of the Hebrew University, Jerusalem, and a soldier involved in the attack and killing Palestinian detainees in the Gaza Strip.
Army attacks against Palestinians
1. Balata refugee camp, east of Nablus – night raid and confrontations.
2. Awarta, south of Nablus – night raid 9f a home and beating up the father in front of his children.
3. ad-Dhahiriya, south of Hebron – night raid. Arrests and turning a home into an army post.
4. Shuafat refugee camp, north-east Jerusalem – raid with teargas.
5. Beita, south of Nablus – raid and confrontations.
6. Deir Istiya, west of Salfit – raid and confrontations.
7. Al Khader, south of Bethlehem – an almost daily raid of a school and teargas. Suffocations among the school children.
Palestinian attacks against the army
1. Bani Na'im, east if Hebron – a Palestinian runs over and lightly wounds 2 Special Force Policemen. Caught.
Demolitions
1. Qalqilya – demolition of a storage structure belonging to a garage.
2. Bardala, northern Palestinian Jordan Valley – forces dug ditches around the village in order to isolate it before confiscating the land.
3. Barta'a, west of Jenin – demolition of several structures.
4. Jayus, east of Qalqilya – cessation of construction orders issued to 10 farming structures.
Palestinian attacks against colonists
1. Giv'at Asaf colonist outpost, east of Qalqilya – stones thrown. A colonist wounded.
2. Karme Tsur colony, north of Hebron – improvised explosive charges.
