Killed

1. Rahib Idris, age 67, Tamra.

Political Persecution

1. Muhammad Barakeh, chairman of Hadash and the High Follow-Up Committee for Arab Citizens of Israel, arrested on suspicion of incitement over statements from 2022 in support of Fatah activists. Following interrogation, he was released and barred from the West Bank for 30 days.

Criminal Incidents

1. Dayr Hanna – Gunfire at a residential home. A mother and her daughter wounded, one moderately and one lightly.

2. Kabul – A 67-year-old Tamra resident shot dead in his vehicle. The victim is the father of a state witness in a corruption case.

3. Tel Sheva – Two residents stabbed and moderately wounded in Be'er Sheva.
