‣ Israel founds temporary army bases on the "Syrian Hermon" mountain.
Attacks against Lebanon
‣ 26 persons killed and 124 wounded – since Sunday when Israel was supposed to retreat and enable the entrance of the Lebanese Army;
‣ Government of Lebanon announced lengthening ceasefire agreement until February 18th. Hezbollah refuse.
‣ Hula – dirt dykes are erected at the entrance in order to block return of displaced persons;
‣ Yaroun – wounded persons by live fire among displaced persons trying to return to town;
‣ Meiss Al Jabal – demolition and setting houses on fire;
‣ Road between Adaisseh and Taybeh blocked by rocks;
‣ Massive aerial bombing of Nabatiyeh Al Fawqa, 24 persons wounded in first count;
