Raids and arrests

During the night, Israeli forces raided Jenin refugee camp and town (228th consecutive day), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (222nd consecutive day), Nur Shams refugee camp (209th consecutive day), Qabatiya, Arraba, Tuqu'a, Jericho, Aqabat Jaber, Bani Na'im, Tubas, Hebron, Balata refugee camp, Deir Abu Mash'al, Al Ein refugee camp. During the day they raided Ramallah, Al-Bireh, Birzeit, Beit Dajan, Dura, Sebastia, Artas, Tayasir, Aqabah, Bethlehem, Jab'a, al-Karmil, Imneizil, Silwad, Al Far'a refugee camp, Sa'ir, Tammun, Idna, Abu Nujaym, Al-Yamun. 25 Palestinians were arrested, 2 of them minors, 15-years-old.

Army attacks against Palestinians

1. Dura, south of Hebron – confrontations.

2. Idna, west of Hebron – raid during which several inhabitants were beaten up and wounded.

3. Tayasir, east of Tubas – confrontations.

4. Ramallah and Al-Bireh – massive and lengthy raid beginning with a special force and continued with military auxiliary. Invasion of homes and currency exchange shops, property vandalized, cash confiscated.

Massive firing of teargas, rubber-coated steel pellets and live fire. Ambulance access denied, journalists attacked. Confrontations.

58 persons wounded, 8 by live fire, 14 by rubber-coated steel pellets, 5 by shrapnel, 31 by teargas. 3 detainees. Damage to property.

5. Sebastia, north-west of Nablus – homes and shops raided.

Demolitions

1. Husan, west of Bethlehem – demolition issued shops and businesses.

2. Issawiya, north-east Jerusalem – shack destroyed, trees uprooted.

3. Beit Furik, east of Nablus – demolition order for 20 farming structures.

Colonist attacks against Palestinians

1. Al Maniya, east of Bethlehem – olive trees cut down.

2. Qawawis, Masafer Yatta – colonist attack the community with sticks, stones and pepper spray. They spray all homes with their inhabitants with pepper spray, smash home windows and vehicles, attack inhabitants and activists with sticks.

3 women hospitalized – 2 activists and an inhabitant with lesions and a fractured arm. For several days the colonists have attacked the community and the police have not returned calls.

3. Umm Fagarah, Masafer Yatta – colonists attack shepherds and try to steal the flock.

4. Al-Mughayyir, north-east of Ramallah – inhabitants attacked.

5. Turmus Ayya, north-east of Ramallah – hundreds of olive trees uprooted.

6. Duma, south-east of Nablus – colonists attacked inhabitants on the outskirts of town.

7. Aqraba, south-east of Nablus – colonists invade inhabitants’ tents at Khirbet Tawil, vandalize property and loot.
