Thursday, October 9, 2025 – The West Bank

Raids and arrests

During the night, Israeli forces raided Jenin refugee camp and town (272nd consecutive day), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (266th consecutive day), Nur Shams refugee camp (252nd consecutive day), Tammun, Bethlehem, Tubas, Beit Ummar, Balata refugee camp, Nablus. During the day they raided Al Far'a refugee camp, Qalqilya, Qaryut, Deir 'Ammar, Wadi al-Joz, Hebron, Silwad, Ya'bad, Qabatiya, Anza, Qatanna, Al-Ram. At least 12 Palestinians were arrested including a female college student for the third time.

‣ Partnership for Human Rights Organizations petitioned the Israel Supreme Court about carrying out the E1 plan to displace Palestinians and expand colonies, erecting thousands of residences, and isolating East Jerusalem from the rest of the West Bank.

Army attacks against Palestinians

1. Anza, south of Jenin – raid and confrontations, including an improvised explosive charge.

2. Qabatiya, south of Jenin – confrontations.

3. Ya'bad, south-west of Jenin – raid with live fire. 2 persons wounded, including a minor.

4. Hebron – forced shop closure at Bab a Zawiya in anticipation of the colonist procession. Teargas and live fire. 3 minors wounded by live fire.

5. Tammun, south of Tubas – continuation of yesterday’s raid, infrastructures destroyed.

6. Wadi al-Joz, East Jerusalem – raid of the HQ of charity associations, arrest of the HQ head.

7. Deir 'Ammar, north-west of Ramallah – olive harvest prevented.

8. Qaryut, south of Nablus – raid with teargas.

Blockage

1. Bizzariya and Burqa, north-west of Nablus – entrances blocked.

Palestinian attacks against colonists

1. Yakir colony, north-west of Salfit - stones thrown. Damage to vehicle.

Colonists attacks against Palestinian

1. Kisan, east of Bethlehem – a 75-year-old man attacked and wounded.

2. Khirbet Makhul, northern Palestinian Jordan Vallery – community tents raided, inhabitants threatened. Inhabitant beaten up and pepper-sprayed.

3. Ras Al Ein, north of Jericho – colonists attempt to vandalize water pipes. The police violently attack activists trying to prevent this.

4. Jwaya, Masafer Yatta – colonists ignite a tent belonging to a family in this community.

5. Az-Zawiya, west of Salfit – family attacked while harvesting its olives. A couple beaten up and wounded. Their harvest stolen.

6. Burin and Huwara, south of Nablus – olive harvesters attacked. One of them wounded.
