General
Since noon, October 30th until noon, October 31, 2024:
‣ 41 killed and 131 wounded persons were brought to hospitals. This is NOT the number of persons actually killed, many are strewn in the streets of the Northern Strip;
‣ During the day, 105 Palestinians were killed, 75 of them in the Northern Strip;
‣ Since October 7, 2023:
◦ 43,204 persons killed (and about 10,000 missing);
◦ 101,641 persons wounded.

Day 27 of implementation of the “Generals’ Plan” - Beit Lahia and Jabalia declared ‘disaster areas’ by various news agencies.

‣ No food, no water, no medication, no rescue or removal of bodies.
‣ Hospitals bombed, civilians trying to rescue wounded persons or bodies are bombed by drones. Residential neighborhoods bombed, set on fire and destroyed by bulldozers.
1. Jabalia refugee camp and town:
‣ Ceaseless artillery and drone fire;
‣ Bombing of western part of camp;
‣ Bombing, 2 persons killed.
2. Beit Lahia:
‣ Ceaseless artillery and drone fire;
‣ Tanks shell the Indonesian Hospital;
‣ Bombing of Kamal Adwan’s 3rd floor, set on fire. 4 staff members suffered burns. Hit and destruction of water tanks, desalination tank for dialysis machines, medication storage and medical equipment. 120 wounded persons are at the hospital, including children and premature babies in neonatal ward;

4. Gaza City:
‣ Sheikh Radwan (north-west) – bombing, 5 persons killed. House bombed, 4 persons killed and 10 wounded, including children, of a single family;
‣ Al Shati refugee camp (west) – bombing, 3 persons killed;
‣ Al Sabra (south) – house bombed;
‣ Al Daraj (east) – drone bombing, 4 persons killed.
Central Strip
1. Nuseirat refugee camp:
‣ Bombing, 3 persons killed;
‣ Shelling from the sea;
‣ Drone fire at north-west;
‣ Artillery fire from the west;
‣ 2 houses bombed, 16 persons killed and 30 wounded, among them women, children, a paramedic and 2 journalists.
2. Al Maghazi refugee camp – vehicle bombed.
3. Al Zawaida – house bombed, 2 persons killed.
4. Al Bureij refugee camp = bombing, 2 persons killed.
5. Deir al-Balah – house bombed, 2 persons killed.
