1. The 3rd round of talks between Israel and Lebanon began in the US capital and is expected to continue for two days.

Israel

‣ Launches during the day toward Kiryat Shmona, Misgav Am, and the Western Galilee.

Lebanon

Israel continued airstrikes and shelling in southern Lebanon and the Beqaa.
