Thursday, July 24, 2025 – The Gaza Strip

General

In the past 24 hours – 9 cases of death by starvation, 89 persons killed (23 of them seeking aid), 453 wounded (68 of them seeking aid);

Since March 18, 2025 – 8,447 persons killed, 31,452 wounded;

Since May 27, 2025 – 1,083 persons killed, 7,275 wounded, all seeking aid;

◦ So far, 122 persons dead by starvation, 83 of them children.

Since October 7, 2023 – 59,567 persons killed (279 persons whose identification was completed added to the count). 143,409 wounded.

‣ 10 minors released following several weeks in detention (arrested next to the aid hubs west of Rafah), reporting severe physical and mental harassment.

Northern Strip

‣ 8 Israeli soldiers wounded as a structure collapsed.

Gaza City

1. West:

Al Rimal – displaced persons tent bombed, 4 persons killed including children;

‣ North-west – shots fired at people seeking aid, 2 persons killed including an elderly woman, 10 wounded;

‣ Drone fire, 2 persons killed;

Sheikh Radwan – Vehicle bombed, 4 persons killed.

2. East:

‣ Houses exploded;

Shuja'iya:

◦ Artillery fire;

◦ Booby-trapped robot exploded;

◦ Houses exploded;

Al Tuffah:

◦ Bombing in Al Zarqa area;

◦ Family home bombed, 3 persons killed;

3. South:

Al Zeitoun:

Central Strip

1. Al Bureij refugee camp:

‣ Aerial bombing near Al Shuhada Mosque;

‣ Drone fire at houses;

‣ Artillery fire in eastern part of camp;

‣ Helicopters bomb, one person killed, wounded persons including children.

2. Deir al-Balah:

‣ Night artillery fire in eastern part of town, 3 persons killed;

‣ Machine-gun fire in eastern part of town;

‣ Bombing in the south, 4 persons killed.

3. Nuseirat refugee camp:

‣ Helicopter fire near Al Ahali Club, 3 persons killed including a child and a baby-girl;

‣ Artillery fire at Gaza Fence north-west of camp;

‣ Artillery fire.

4. Al Maghazi refugee camp – aerial bombing.

5. Al Zawaida – bombing, 3 persons killed including a girl.

Khan Yunis district

1. West:

Al Mawasi – displaced persons tents bombed, 3 persons killed;

‣ Artillery fire at Al Hinawi School, 2 children killed, persons wounded;

‣ Shots fired at people seeking aid, 3 persons killed.

2. East:

‣ Artillery fire at desalination plant;

Bani Suheila – bombing, 8 persons killed.

3. North:

‣ Bombing of Hamad;

‣ Houses exploded;

‣ House bombed.

4. South:

‣ Machine-gun fire at displaced persons tents;

‣ Shots fired at people waiting for aid in the south-west, 14 persons killed.

5. Center:

‣ Artillery fire.

Rafah district

‣ Shelling from the sea.
