General

Since noon, January 1st until noon, January 2, 2025:

‣ 28 killed and 59 wounded persons brought to hospitals;

‣ Since October 7, 2023:

◦ 45,582 persons killed;

◦ 108,438 persons wounded.

The children of Al Bardawil family. Al Mawasi, Khan Yunis

‣ During the day and night, over 100 persons killed, among them many children, on a day of intense attacks throughout the Strip;

‣ Physicians for Human Rights Organization demanded information regarding Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya and was answered with a denial that the army detains him, in spite of testimonies and filmed evidence of his arrest.

Northern Strip

1. Jabalia refugee camp and town:

‣ Bombing of Nazla Jabalia, 10 persons killed;

‣ Bombing of Jabalia Al Balad;

‣ Drones set fire to houses around Al Awda Hospital.

2. Beit Lahia:

‣ Aerial bombing;

‣ Bombings and houses set on fire around the Indonesian Hospital in which 23 persons are reported held without food or water.

3. Gaza City:

‣ Artillery fire at Tel El Hawa;

‣ Bombing of Al Shati refugee camp, 4 persons killed;

‣ Bombing of Al Daraj refugee camp, 2 persons killed;

‣ Bombing in western part of town, 4 persons killed and 8 wounded;

‣ Bombing of Al Sabra, wounded persons;

‣ Aerial bombing of Sheikh Radwan;

‣ Bombing of city center, 2 persons killed;

‣ Bombing of Al Sabra, 4 persons killed.

Central Strip

1. Nuseirat refugee camp:

‣ Artillery fire at western part of camp;

‣ Building bombed, 2 children killed;

‣ Bombing of camp, a child killed.

2. Al Maghazi refugee camp – house bombed, 4 persons killed.

3. Deir al-Balah – bombing, 8 persons killed.

4. Al Zawaida:

‣ Drone bombing, 4 persons killed and 12 wounded;

‣ Bombing in western part of town, 2 persons killed, one of them a journalist.

5. Al Bureij – aerial bombings.

Southern Strip

1. Khan Yunis:

‣ Night bombing of Al Mawasi (the “safe” zone), 11 persons killed, among them at least 5 children, 15 wounded;

‣ Bombing of Bani Suheila (east), 2 persons killed;

‣ Bombing of Ministry of Internal Affairs building at city center, 6 persons killed;

‣ Bombing north-west of town, 3 persons killed.

2. Rafah – drone bombings north of town, wounded persons.
