Raids and Arrests
‣ Jenin refugee camp and town (Day 511), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (Day 505), Nur Shams refugee camp (Day 491).
‣ Overnight raids conducted in Tayasir, Atil, Illar, Deir Jarir, Umm al-Tut, Hebron, Tubas, Jericho, and Kafr 'Aqab. Daytime raids carried out in Al Fawwar refugee camp, Umm Safa, Nablus, Balata refugee camp, Azzun, Seida, Hizma, Al-Mughayyir, Beita, Ya'bad, and the Qaryut. At least 5 arrested, including Dr. Bilal al-Shobaki, head of the Political Science Department at Hebron University and a political commentator.
Israeli Military Attacks on Palestinians
1. Umm al-Tut, east of Jenin – Night raid on several homes.
2. Tayasir, east of Tubas – Night raid on several homes.
3. Illar, north of Tulkarm – Night raid on several homes.
4. Yatta, south of Hebron – Raid on the hospital.
5. Wadi Abu Shaaban, Masafer Yatta – Soldiers detain a shepherd on grazing land.
6. Al-Mughayyir, north-east of Ramallah – Clashes with the army concurrent with clashes with colonists.
7. Balata refugee camp, east of Nablus – Special forces surround a home and order residents to surrender and come out. Reinforcements deployed. Live fire and clashes. A 14-year-old wounded by shrapnel. Army assaults journalists covering the incident.
8. Beita, south of Nablus – Late afternoon raid; shops and businesses forced to close. Clashes, live fire, tear gas, and stun grenades.
Blockades
1. Nabi Ilyas, east of Qalqilya – Village entrance closed.
2. Qalqilya – Eastern entrance to the city closed.
Colonist Attacks on Palestinians
1. Manshiya, south of Bethlehem – Stones thrown at vehicles.
2. Kufr al-Dik, west of Salfit – Colonists attack and wound a farmer.
3. Al-Mughayyir, north-east of Ramallah – Residents clash with colonists concurrent with clashes with the army.
4. Sinjil, north-east of Ramallah – Earthworks and destruction of cultivated land.
5. Al-Lubban al-Gharbi, west of Ramallah – Provocations on the road near the village.
6. Jiljilyya, north-west of Ramallah – Colonists attack workers on the outskirts of the village, including a father and his son.
