General

1. Today's scheduled evacuation of patients and wounded was canceled due to the absence of the required security clearances from the Israeli military.

2. The Hind Rajab Foundation filed a request with the United States Department of Justice to prosecute Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir on charges of war crimes and incitement since 2022.

3. 14 detainees released from Israeli detention facilities were transferred by the Red Cross to Al Aqsa Hospital in Deir al-Balah.
