General
1. The West Bank Ministry of Waqf instructed that only internal loudspeakers — not external ones — be used for the call to prayer (adhan) in mosques near colonies. Following a public outcry, the Ministry claimed the circular was forged and that the adhan continues in all mosques without change.
Raids and Arrests
‣ Jenin refugee camp and town (Day 525), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (Day 519), Nur Shams refugee camp (Day 505), Beit Ummar (Day 64).
‣ Overnight raids conducted in Tubas, Sinjil, Qaffin, Qalandia refugee camp, Nablus, Aqabat Jaber refugee camp, Dura el-Kari'a, al-Am'ari refugee camp, and Tayasir. Daytime raids carried out in Ramallah, Silwan, Al-Arroub refugee camp, Al Shuyukh, and Beita. At least 5 arrested, including a 71-year-old doctor.
‣ Dr. Mazen Rantisi, a 71-year-old family physician from Ramallah who also serves as chairman of the AWDA (formerly Union of Health Work Committees) — an organization providing medical care to patients in need in remote villages and communities — was arrested. The Israeli military designates the organization as an "unlawful association".
Israeli Military Attacks on Palestinians
1. Beit Ummar, north of Hebron – Night raid on a home. Arrest.
2. Al-Arroub refugee camp, north of Hebron – Clashes. A military vehicle hit with a Molotov cocktail. Wounded from live fire, one seriously.
3. Al Shuyukh, north of Hebron – Clashes; 2 wounded from live fire.
4. Tayasir, east of Tubas – Night raid and illumination flares fired.
5. Qaffin, north of Tulkarm – Night raid on several homes. Arrest.
6. Silwan, Jerusalem – Raid on several homes in the Al-Bustan neighborhood.
7. Qalandia refugee camp, north of Jerusalem – Night raid shortly after midnight. Illumination flares fired.
8. al-Am'ari refugee camp, north of Ramallah – Night raid on a home. Arrest.
9. Nablus – Night raid in the east of the city. A martyr's memorial vandalized.
10. Beita, south of Nablus – Evening raid on the Bir Quzah area in the west of the town.
Demolitions and Blockades
1. Allenby Border Crossing (King Hussein Bridge), Southern Palestinian Jordan Valley – Heavy congestion and delays at the crossing due to tightened procedures on the Israeli military-controlled side, including strict daily quotas of up to 2,500 people and 50 buses, intensified security checks, frequent abrupt changes to operating hours, and Shin Bet background checks and delays — at the peak of the tourism season and the return of pilgrims from Mecca.
2. Beit Ummar, north of Hebron – All entrance gates closed and approximately 40 internal roads blocked with boulders and earthen mounds.
3. Tarusa, south of Hebron – Continued earthworks and infrastructure works in the new outpost west of Dura.
4. Silwan, Jerusalem – Demolition order issued for a residential home in the Al-Bustan neighborhood.
Colonist Attacks on Palestinians
1. Rashayida, south-east of Bethlehem – New outpost established. Colonists attack residents; one wounded.
2. Beit Ummar, north of Hebron – A child wounded by colonist gunfire in the town.
3. Atuf, east of Tubas – Colonists destroy irrigation networks, including pipes and water meters, to the east of the town.
4. Tayibe, east of Ramallah – A colonist with his herd in a home's courtyard.
5. Khirbat 'Abu Falah, east of Jerusalem – A colonist attempted to run over a 9-year-old child; the child was wounded.
6. Khirbet Ashkara, Masafer Yatta – Colonists block the community entrance with earthen mounds.
7. Khallet al-Hummus, Masafer Yatta – Colonists release a cattle herd among fruit trees.
8. Susya, Masafer Yatta – A colonist grazes his herd among the community's homes.
9. Shib Al Butin, Masafer Yatta – Herd grazed near community homes.
10. Burka, east of Ramallah – Haystacks set on fire near Al-Nour Mosque.
11. Burqa, north-west of Nablus – The Red Crescent reports that a 33-year-old man, who sustained injuries and bruises from a colonist attack, was treated on site and subsequently transferred to hospital for further care.
12. Beita, south of Nablus – Colonists attack; residents clash with them.
13. Qaryut, south of Nablus – Provocative patrol through agricultural land; access blocked under armed threat.
