1. Israel's prime minister rejects the 15-point document and announces there will be no withdrawal from the Gaza Strip as long as Hamas does not disarm.

2. A further group of detainees released from Israeli detention facilities was transferred by the Red Cross to Al Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis.

3. Ihab Muhammad Abd al-Qader Diab, a 36-year-old journalist and photographer from the Gaza Strip, was arrested on December 12, 2023, and from the time of his arrest until today his status was recorded as an "enforced disappearance." However, according to information provided today by the Israel Prison Service, Diab died in Israeli custody about two years ago, on September 18, 2024, only about ten months after his arrest. According to the Prison Service's account, he died as a result of a deteriorating medical condition. His family rejects this account and maintains that Diab was arrested in complete health with no pre-existing conditions, and accuses prison authorities of severe torture, inhumane detention conditions, and denial of medical treatment.

91 detainees have died in Israeli detention facilities since October 7, 2023.
