1. Ayoub Issa, 35-years-old from Kafr Qasim.
2. Lutfi Amer, 25-years-old from Kafr Qasim.
Events
1. Tuba-Zanghariya – the body of a young man, shot to death, inhabitant of the Bedouin locality, was located in the open area between Mahanayim and Mishmar HaYarden.
2. Kafr Qasim – the remains of two men, 35 and 25-years old, were found in an ignited vehicle between Kafr Qasim and Kafr Bara.
3. Ara-'Ar'ara Junction – shots fired at a vehicle. A moderately-to-badly wounded man, about 20-years-old, was hospitalized in Hadera.
4. Rahat – two masked men riding an ATV fired shots at businesses, at noon.
