The American-Israeli Attack on Iran, Day 46 of the Ceasefire

Israel

1. Events:

‣ Fifteen explosive drones were launched toward army forces positioned in southern Lebanon and along the northern border;

‣ Drone strike in Kiryat Shmona (no casualties) and in the Rosh HaNikra area (without warning).

2. Casualties:

‣ One Israeli soldier was killed in southern Lebanon and two others were injured.

Lebanon

‣ Israeli army attacks in Lebanon:

◦ Air strikes in Tyre (strike on Hiram Hospital, 25 staff members injured), Bazouriye (one killed and 4 injured), Yohmor Al Shaqif, Taybeh, Siddikine, Chehabiyeh (killed and injured), Blat, Deir Kifa, Jibchit, Sir El Gharbiyeh (5 killed, 5 injured, and 7 missing), Maaroub, Kfour, Froun, Nabatieh, Houmine El Faouqa, Al Mansouri, Zebdine, Deir Qanoun El Nahr, Tebnine, Kafra (a number of paramedics injured), Qotrani, Mayfadoun, Berghoz, and others;

◦ Artillery fire on Maaliyeh, Zibqin, and Majdal Selm.

‣ Since March 2, 2026:

◦ 3,123 killed and 9,506 injured.
