General

‣ 5 lethal attacks;

‣ 70 persons killed;

‣ 150 persons wounded;

‣ Chief Inspector Arnon Zmora was killed while rescuing hostages held at Nuseirat;

‣ 4 hostages were rescued: Noa Argamani, Almog Meir Jan, Shlomi Ziv and Andre Kozlov;

‣ 24 hours.

Attacks against Israel

1. Rockets fired at Kisufim.

2. Rockets fired at Re’im.

3. Alarm sirens in Gaza Envelope.

Northern Strip

1. Gaza City:

‣ Al Zeitoun neighborhood (eastern part of town) - artillery fire, 4 persons killed;

‣ Al Daraj neighborhood (central part of town) - 4 persons killed, 2 children among them;

‣ Tel Al Hawa (southern part of town) - aerial bombing and artillery fire, wounded;

‣ Bombing the shore from the sea.

Central Strip

During the night, artillery fire and aerial bombings especially of Al Bureij and Nuseirat refugee camps. Battles east of Al Bureij.

1. Nuseirat refugee camp:

‣ In the late morning hours, special force dressed as displaced persons, infiltrates the market area and raids 2 apartments to rescue 4 hostages. During this action, one of the force commanders is wounded, later dies of his wounds. At the same time, massive bombing indiscriminate bombing of the camp;

‣ 274 persons killed, 64 children and 57 women among them;

‣ 698 persons wounded, 153 children and 16 women among them. The Deir Al Balah Hospital is swamped with wounded persons and can hardly function with lack of room and equipment in addition to the bombings.

2. Al Bureij refugee camp:

‣ 6 persons killed house bombing;

‣ Earlier, 5 persons killed, all of a single family;

‣ Al Zawaida - shots from helicopter machine guns near displaced persons’ tents.

1. Rafah - artillery fire, aerial bombings and drones from west, east, north and center of the city.

2. Al Qarara, north-east of Khan Yunis - aerial bombing.
