General

‣ No data publicized by the Palestinian Ministry of Health in the past 24 hours;

‣ 4 women soldier hostages were released in the second phase of the hostage deal:

◦ Liri Albag;

◦ Daniela Gilboa;

◦ Na'ama Levi;

◦ Karina Arayev.

‣ Israel claimed that the agreement was violated since Arbel Yahud was supposed to be freed in this phase. Israel declared it would not enable the return of displaced persons to the north of the Strip until a sign of life is received of Arbel. The Hamas claimed she is alive and would be released in the net phase together with fifth watch-woman Agam Berger;

‣ Israel released 200 prisoners, all of them men. Some sentenced to life imprisonment:

◦ 109 passed on to the West Bank, 21 to the Gaza Strip (all life prisoners);

◦ 70 banished to other countries through Egypt.

‣ Shots fired at houses in Al Maghazi refugee camp (Central Strip);

‣ Shots fired at displaced persons waiting on Al Rashid Road for their return northward. One person killed, several wounded, a girl among them.
