Monday, May 5, 2025 – The West Bank

Raids and arrests

During the night, Israeli forces raided Jenin refugee camp and town (105th consecutive day), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (99th consecutive day), Nur Shams refugee camp (86th consecutive day), Al-Yamun, Shuqba, New Askar refugee camp, Al-Mughayyir, Qibya, Bal'a. During the day they raided Amanzeel, Dura, Tuqu'a, Issawiya, Burin, Qusra, Madama, Silat al-Harithiya, Sinjil, Bethlehem, Al Funduq, Rummanah, Jurat al-Sham'a, Yatma, Qabalan, Beita, Nablus, Fahma, Arraba, Azmut, Beit Furik, Beit Dajan. At least 13 Palestinians were arrested, including 2 minors.

Army attacks against Palestinians

1. Anazeel, Masafer Yatta - raid around the school.

2. Nur Shams refugee camp, 86th consecutive day – families expelled, family access to get to their property denied. 6 houses demolished.

3. Yatma, south of Nablus - confrontations.

4. Qabalan, south of Nablus – confrontations.

5. Beita, south of Nablus – confrontations.

6. New Askar refugee camp, east of Nablus – confrontations. One person wounded by live fire.

7. Arraba, south-west of Jenin – confrontations.

8. Azmut, east of Nablus – confrontations. One person wounded by live fire.

9. Beit Furik, east of Nablus – confrontations.

10. Al-Mughayyir, north-east of Ramallah – during a raid of the village, soldiers leave hate slogans in the clinic.

Palestinian attacks against the army

1. Fahma, south-west of Jenin – improvised explosive charge against a military force.

Demolitions

1. Khallet ad-Daba'a, Masafer Yatta – 25 out of the 30 houses in the community are demolished. Also wells, caves and sheep pens. 120 persons left homeless.

2. Al-Mughayyir, north-east of Ramallah – house demolished.

3. Al Funduq, east of Qalqilya – house demolished.

4. Ein al-Beida, northern Palestinian Jordan Valley – structures demolished.\

5. Ya'bad, south-west of Jenin – bulldozer works, cutting down olive trees.

Palestinian attacks against colonists

1. Burin, south of Nablus – stones thrown.

2. Udala, south of Nablus – incendiary bombs thrown.

3. Har Gilo, north-west if Bethlehem – incendiary bombs thrown.

4. Azzun, east of Qalqilya – stones thrown.

Colonist attacks against Palestinians

1. Al Maniya, south-east of Bethlehem – new colonist outpost.

2. Burqa, north-west of Nablus – fields set on fire on Mas’udiya plain.

3. Khirbet Ma'in, Masafer Yatta – Palestinian shepherd attacked.

4. Al Mu'arrajat, north-west of Jericho – colonists on horseback invade the community and vandalize property.

5. Al-Mughayyir, north-east of Ramallah – arson.

6. Turmus Ayya, north-east of Ramallah – olive trees cut down.
