The American-Israeli attack on Iran, day 31
‣ Iran
During the day: 422 attacks across 187 locations in 21 provinces. Six hospitals evacuated; 204 medical centers damaged.

◦ Main locations today: Basij base in Dagolan; refinery complex in Tabriz; airport in Bandar Abbas; Shiraz; Qom; bombing of a house in Gilan Province; bombing in Karaj; strikes at Mehrabad Airport in Tehran; cardboard factory, and amusement park in Isfahan; 200 apartments and commercial centers in Sanandaj; residential home in Zanjan; munitions hangar in Tehran; aeronautical research center in Tehran; Ahvaz.
2. Casualties:

- At least 6 civilians killed and 21 injured.
◦ Since February 28, 2026:
- 1,574 civilians killed (246 women and 236 children);
- 1,211 military personnel;
- 707 unclassified (civilian/military) killed.
‣ Israel
More than 100 rockets were fired at the north from Lebanon, in addition to several ballistic missiles from Iran. The Houthis launched 2 drones, intercepted.

◦ Main locations: drone strike in Qiryat Shmona; interception debris in Bnei Brak and Kiryat Ono; another impact in Tiberias; 6 impacts from a barrage of 10 rockets from Lebanon - 3 in Kiryat Ata, 2 in Haifa (one hit a tank at the oil refinery site), and 1 in Shfar'am.
2. Casualties:

- 29 civilians, soldiers, and foreign nationals killed.
- Over 6,000 injured.
The Gulf States

Iraq
◦ Attack on Victoria Base in Baghdad.
Lebanon
29th consecutive day of the war in Lebanon. Three Israeli soldiers severely injured in an accident; three others moderately injured in the same incident. One Israeli soldier killed and another severely injured in a separate incident in the Tyre area.

◦ Main locations: southern Beirut; bombing of a school in Semmaqiyeh; bombing of an ambulance in Hanouiyeh (3 killed); health center in Al Mansouri; bombing in Bint Jbeil (killed and injured); house explosions in Naqoura; vehicle strike in Zebdine; bombing of residential homes in Khiam and others.
2. Casualties:
◦ Since March 2, 2026:
- 1,247 killed and 3,680 injured.
