Iran
‣ A memorandum of understanding signed between Iran and the United States The agreement is to be signed on Friday. Disagreement over whether the memorandum includes a withdrawal from southern Lebanon.

‣ A wave of residents began returning to their homes in southern Lebanon. Despite the memorandum of understanding (see Iran above), Israel continues to fire and demolish homes.
1. Events:
‣ Artillery fire on: Kfar Roummane, Zawtar El Charqiyeh, Nabatiyeh Al Fawqa, Habbouch, Jabal Ali al-Taher, Sejoud, Aaichiyeh, and Wadi Saluki.
‣ Strikes on vehicles of returning refugees in: Nabatiyeh Al Fawqa, Tebnit (one killed), and Al Mansouri.
‣ Homes demolished in: Rachaf, Haddatha, Ayta Al Jabal, Tebnit, and Khiam, including a booby-trapped APC left on the main road between Hariss and Tebnine.
‣ Hezbollah fires rockets at an Israeli military force in Tebnit and Saaideh.
2. Casualties:
‣ Since March 2, 2026: 3,798 killed and 11,781 wounded.
