The American-Israeli Attack on Iran – Day 54 of the Ceasefire

Iran

1. United States forces struck drone launch and radar bases in response to the drone attack on the United States military base in Kuwait two days ago.

2. Iran announces the suspension of ceasefire negotiations due to Israeli bombardments in Lebanon.

Israel

1. Events:

‣ Over 50 sirens in more than 80 communities in the north, including Tiberias, Margaliot, Adamit, Safed, Kiryat Shmona, Karmi'el, Betset, Rosh HaNikra, Ma'alot-Tarshiha, Eilon, Arab al-Aramshe, Shlomi, and the Galilee Panhandle.

‣ Explosive drone explosions in Metula and Rosh HaNikra.

2. Casualties:

‣ 2 Israeli soldiers, including a military doctor, killed in two separate explosive drone attacks; 6 additional soldiers wounded.

‣ 14 Israeli soldiers killed since the ceasefire (April 16), 10 of them in explosive drone attacks.

Lebanon

Israel issued an evacuation notice for the Dahieh and southern Beirut. A planned airstrike was halted following United States intervention. President Trump announces a ceasefire between Hezbollah and Israel.

‣ Airstrikes in: Deir El Zahrani (8 killed and 19 wounded), Haouch (wounded reported), Toul, Tyre (near Jabal Amel Hospital, 4 killed and 60 wounded), Harouf, Saaideh, Siddikine, Bazouriye, Yater, Nabatieh, Yohmor Al Shaqif, Touline, Hanouiyeh, Merouaniyeh, Tebnine, Arnoun, Zrariyeh, Snayber, Mlikh, Haddatha, Majdal Zoun, Arab Salim, Jouaiyya, Chehabiyeh, Aaba, Doueir, Dibbine, Sejoud, and others.

‣ Artillery fire on: Srifa, Dibbine, Chaqra, Qabrikha, Wadi Saluki, Majdal Selm, Chihine, Tyre Harfa.

2. Casualties:

‣ Since March 2, 2026: 3,433 killed and 10,395 wounded.

Syria

1. Artillery fire near the village of Zaizoun in Daraa District; a fire broke out at the site.
