1. Hamas announces the dissolution of the governmental committee and the transfer of authority to the Gaza Administration Committee (the technocratic committee whose entry to the Strip Israel does not permit).
2. 17 detainees released from Israeli detention facilities were transferred by the Red Cross to Al Aqsa Hospital in Deir al-Balah.
