Monday, July 22, 2024 – The West Bank

During the night, Israeli forces raided Bani Na'im, HaRasa, Beit Imrin, as-Samu, Qalqilya, Silwad, Jorat al-Sham'a, Dheisheh refugee camp, Aqabat Jaber refugee camp. During the day they raided Anata, Al Walaja, Nablus, Beit Furik, Salem, Azzun, Issawiya, Qusra, Qabalan, Aqraba, Tulkarm, Nur Shams refugee camp, Kifl Hares. About 12 Palestinians were arrested. Among them was a group from Aqabat Jaber refugee camp that planned to explode charges and kidnap Israelis. A Biddu inhabitant was also arrested, suspected of having murdered the Israel Prison System officer at his Giv’on home several weeks ago.

1. Qalqilya - night raid. Damage with an explosive charge to a military vehicle close to the southern checkpoint. One person wounded by live fire.

2. Faqqua, east of Jenin - one person badly wounded by live fire close to the Separation Wall.

3. Tulkarm - raid and confrontations. An explosive charge operated. A bulldozer begun destruction, among other things - of a farming equipment and fertilizer business.

1. Anata, north-east of Jerusalem - a house, a wedding hall and commercial and farming structures all demolished.

2. Al Walaja, north-west of Bethlehem - 2 houses demolished, bulldozer works in farmlands at the entrance, including the uprooting of almond trees.

3. Beit Awa, south-west of Hebron - orders issued to cease construction in Area B.

1. Avnei Hefetz, east of Tulkarm - shots fired.

2. Azzun, east of Qalqilya - stones thrown at a bus.

3. Nili, north-west of Ramallah - shots fired.

1. Burin, south of Nablus - colonists, probably from Giv’at Ronen, set fire to olive trees and fields.

2. Jorat al-Sham'a, south of Bethlehem - colonists attack a Palestinian family working in its vineyard. The colonists uproot grapevines and threaten to return and attack if the family will not leave.

3. Kifl Hares, north of Salfit - curfew imposed by army in order to enable colonist pilgrimage to the tomb of Joshua Bin Nun.
