Killed

1. Udai Daraghma, 32-years-old from Tubas.

2. Khalil Al Massri, 26-years-old from Tubas.

General information

‣ For 5 days now, harsh confrontations have been taking place between the Palestinian Authority forces and armed men in the city and refugee camp of Jenin. Today, a city dweller was killed by intentional fire of the PA forces. The confrontations expanded to Tulkarm as well.

Raids and arrests

During the night, Israeli forces raided Qalqilya, Bethlehem, Urif, Surif, Ya'bad, Nablus, Balata refugee camp, Silwad, Al Fawwar refugee camp, Dheisheh refugee camp, Dura, Qibya. During the day they raided Yasuf, Al-Arroub refugee camp, Tubas, Beitunia, Beita, Yatma, Issawiya, Al-Mughayyir, Madama, Surda, Deir Nidham, Al-Bireh, al-Walaja, Yatta. At least 55 Palestinians were detained. Eventually 17 were arrested.

‣ Since October 7, 2023, 12,000 Palestinians were arrested in the West Bank, 790 of them minors.

Issawiya

Army attacks against Palestinians

1. Balata refugee camp, east of Nablus – night raid and confrontations.

2. Dheisheh refugee camp, south of Bethlehem – night raid by special force, 3 persons arrested. Confrontations ensued.

3. Silwad, north-east of Ramallah – raid and mass detentions.

4. Ya'bad, south-west of Jenin – night raid, detentions (24 inhabitants), confrontations.

5. Al-Arroub refugee camp, north of Hebron – Israeli forces raid the high school, prevent school children from entering, attack the principal and demand he close down the school.

6. Tubas – Special force enters, followed by army auxiliary. Confrontations. Drone bombs 2 wanted men. 2 persons killed, 2 persons wounded and arrested, ambulance access prevented, journalists attacked.

7. Beita, south of Nablus – confrontations.

8. Madama, south of Nablus – raid with teargas. Suffocations, northern entrance blocked with dirt dyke.

9. Deir Nidham, north-west of Ramallah – raid with stun grenades.

10. Nablus – Raid. One person wounded by live fire.

11. Al-Mughayyir, north-east of Ramallah – raid and attack of inhabitants. 4 persons beaten up, arrested and serving as human shields. The force used live fire and teargas.

12. Dura, south-west of Hebron – raid. Inhabitant beaten up, his leg fractured, body bruised. Hurried to hospital.

Demolitions

1. al-Walaja, west of Bethlehem – 2 homes demolished. Confrontations. Teargas fired, suffocations. Owner of one of the homes severely beaten up.

2. Yasuf, east of Salfit – 2 demolition orders.

1. Madama, south of Nablus – incendiary bomb hurled at colonist vehicle.

Colonist attacks against Palestinians

1. Yitzhar, south of Nablus – stones thrown at Palestinian vehicles.

2. Al-Jiftlik, north of Jericho – Israeli flags and Stars of David sprayed on house wall.

3. Ain al-Hilweh, northern Jordan Valley – colonists throw stones and threaten the inhabitants of the encampment. The army’s response: “They are at a party”.
