Friday, November 1, 2024 – The West Bank

During the night, Israeli forces raided Al-Arroub refugee camp, Qalqilya, eastern Nablus. During the day they raided Al-Yamun, Beit Ummar, al-Karmil, Abwein, Kafr Qaddum, Beita, Qaffin, Tuqu'a, Anabta, Al-Ram, Kafr Thulth, Azzun, Burin, Anata, Qalqilya (again), Tammun, Jaba', Al-Arroub refugee camp (again), Qaryut, Qusra. No official data yet on number of arrestees. Following reports according to localities – at least 12.

1. Nablus – night raid of the eastern part of town. Confrontations. Arrests.

2. Al-Yamun, west of Jenin – Special force surrounds a home, vandalizes its contents, attacks the father of a prisoner without arresting him. Army auxiliary. Wounded persons inside the house.

3. Beit Ummar north of Hebron – raid, house searches and damage to contents. Arrest following violent attack.

4. Qaryut, south of Nablus – olive harvest prevented.

5. Kafr Qadum, east of Qalqilya – weekly protest procession attacked.

6. Beita, south of Nablus – Jabal Nimr is blocked, the assembly site for the weekly procession protesting landgrab of Jabal Sbih. Teargas fired.

7. Tuqu'a, south-east of Bethlehem – confrontations and teargas fired.

8. Anabta, east of Tulkarm – raid and confrontations.

9. Abwein, north of Ramallah – raid, arrests, confiscations of 15 vehicles.

10. Azzun, east of Qalqilya – raid and confrontations.

11. Qalqilya – 2 raids. First at night and the second in the evening, with live fire.

12. Jaba', south of Jenin – raid and confrontations.

13. Qusra, south-east of Nablus – olive harvest prevented under gunfire threat.

1. Deir Istiya, north-west of Salfit – colonists attack olive harvesters.

2. Burka, east of Ramallah – colonists attack the outskirts. Inhabitants confront them.

3. Ramin, east of Tulkarm – colonists set fire to an olive tree grove. The wind spreads the fire toward the colonist outpost. Colonists attack Palestinians trying to put it out, and steal harvest equipment left on the ground.

4. Ari'el – colonists spray hate inscriptions on Palestinian vehicles parked on the road leading to the colonist city.

5. Surif – armed colonists attack, shoot live bullets, throw stones and set fire to an open area. The army secures them.
