General

‣ No Palestinian data for 24 hours;

‣ 13 soldiers wounded in past 24 hours;

‣ 7 Palestinian detainees released yesterday, including 2 women in different states of physical and emotional distress.

Attacks against Israel

1. Alarm sirens in Nahal Oz.

2. Volley fired at Ashkelon, Erez, Zikim, Karmia, Yad Mordechai, Netiv HaAsara. Fires broke out at Netiv HaAsara and Ashkelon shore as a result of rocket hits.

Northern Strip

1. Gaza City:

‣ Al Daraj neighborhood, house bombed - 5 persons killed, 7 wounded including children;

‣ Eastern part of town - artillery fire;

‣ Tel Al Hawa (south-west) - artillery fire and battles;

‣ Al Sabra (south) - helicopter fire;

‣ Al Zeitoun (south-east) - artillery fire;

‣ Western part of town - artillery fire, 2 persons killed. Later, aerial bombing;

‣ Al Rimal (city center) - artillery fire.

Central Strip

1. Al Mughraqa - houses bombed.

2. Al Maghazi refugee camp - artillery fire at cemetery.

3. Al Bureij refugee camp:

‣ Artillery fire;

‣ House bombed.

4. Nuseirat refugee camp - aerial bombings, 4 persons killed, 2 children among them.

‣ Bombing west of camp, 5 persons wounded.

Southern Strip

1. Khan Yunis - 26 persons killed throughout the day. Battles east of town:

Abasan Al Kabira - 2 women killed;

Bani Suheila - 3 persons killed in bombings;

Al Qarara - residential buildings bombed.

2. Rafah:

‣ Bombing in the western part of town - one person killed;

‣ Bombing in the northern part of town - a child killed;

‣ Buildings bombed north of the town.
