Raids and Arrests
‣ Jenin refugee camp and town (Day 558), Tulkarm refugee camp and town (Day 552), Nur Shams refugee camp (Day 538).
‣ Overnight raids conducted in Azzun, Zeita, Jalazone refugee camp, Beit Furik, Beit Dajan, Salem, Dheisheh refugee camp, Silwad, Tubas, Qalandia refugee camp, Al Khader, al-Am'ari refugee camp, and Salfit. Daytime raids carried out in Hizma, Tell, Fandaqumiya, Al Fureidis, Nablus, Deir Jarir, Balata refugee camp, Qalqilya, Madama, Burin, Sarra, Raba, Kharas, Sinjil, Tuqu'a, Huwara, At-Tur, Arraba, Jalamah, Anata, Ras Atiya, Al-Aizariya, At-Tuwani, Baytillu, and Beit Fajjar. At least 37 arrested, including a woman and at least one minor.
Israeli Military Attacks on Palestinians
1. Beit Fajjar, south of Bethlehem – Raid with tear gas deployed on residents celebrating the release of matriculation exam results.
2. Dheisheh refugee camp, south of Bethlehem – Raid with live fire and tear gas deployed. A 16-year-old wounded.
3. Jenin – Special forces raid a home during the night.
4. Tubas – Night raid on homes.
5. Qalandia refugee camp, north of Jerusalem – Raid during which a resident was wounded by soldiers' gunfire.
6. Salfit – Entrance blocked.
7. Kharas, north-west of Salfit – Raid with entrance blocked, gunfire, and stun grenades deployed.
8. Silwad, north-east of Ramallah – Night raid with stun grenades deployed. Clashes erupted later in the day.
9. Sinjil, north-east of Ramallah – Raid with tear gas deployed.
10. Nablus – Following the bloody events in Tell, all city entrances closed, raid on the government hospital, medical staff assaulted and handcuffed. A wounded Tell resident and his brother, who accompanied him, arrested. As they withdrew, residents threw stones at them.
11. Beit Furik, east of Nablus – Night raid and arrests in response to yesterday's events.
12. Balata refugee camp, east of Nablus – Clashes.
13. Burin, south of Nablus – Clashes.
Demolitions
1. Beit Furik and Beit Dajan, east of Nablus – Demolition operations in the towns' land in response to yesterday's events, including uprooting of olive trees.
Colonist Attacks on Palestinians
1. Al Khader, south of Bethlehem – Homes attacked in the village.
2. Raba, south-east of Jenin – Entrance blocked.
3. Ya'bad, south-west of Jenin – Attack on the Amreiha community, south-west of the town; family members beaten and property vandalized. Several wounded.
4. At-Tur, north-east of Jerusalem – Road blocked. Army attacks residents and beats family members.
5. Al Mu'arrajat, north-west of Jericho – A vehicle attacked and the driver stabbed in the back.
6. Jit, east of Qalqilya – Colonists attack the village and throw stones. Residents confront them.
7. Jiljilyya, north of Ramallah – Land set on fire.

9. Ein Samiya, east of Ramallah – Water pipes vandalized.

13. Za'tara checkpoint, south of Nablus – A Palestinian vehicle attacked; tires damaged.
14. Urif, south of Nablus – Land set on fire. Clashes with residents. A Palestinian wounded.
15. Iraq Burin, south of Nablus – Raid on the village; stones thrown.
16. Far'ata, south-west of Nablus – Village attacked, stones thrown, and live fire. Residents confront them. 8 Palestinians wounded, 6 from live fire (one critically) and 2 more from rubber bullets.
17. Tell, south-west of Nablus – A group of armed colonists who regularly enter villages in Areas A and B to conduct "tours" invaded the village's land. Residents confronted them in an attempt to drive them out. The colonists drew weapons and shots were heard. One resident, after being beaten with a rifle butt, seized a colonist's weapon and fired. Soldiers escorting the "tour" began shooting.
4 Palestinians killed and 3 more wounded, one critically. A colonist was shot dead, apparently by a Palestinian. A soldier escorting the colonists was shot dead by Israeli forces (according to a subsequent military investigation). In response, colonists issued calls for pogroms and uprooted olive trees. The army moves forces into Nablus, closes all entrances, and besieges the city.
18. Sarra, west of Nablus – Raid on the village, stones thrown, 6 homes and 3 vehicles set on fire. Residents confront them. Two Palestinians wounded. The army later opens fire during a raid on the village. A 74-year-old man wounded by shrapnel.
19. Sebastia, north-west of Nablus – Land set on fire.
20. Asira ash-Shamaliya, north-west of Nablus – Sheep poisoned.
